Harjot was absolutely amazing! He initially came out to check my water tank for a possible leak, but ended up going above and beyond and staying to replace the entire tank for me. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of properly. Reached out to Innova Comfort first thing Friday morning after enduring a cool, but not a cold plunge shower. Was given a same day 10am – 2pm window to replace my 18 year old water heater rental, and within two hours technician Gurkirat was at my door. He did an amazing job … was personable, courteous and was finished within a few hours. The overall experience was excellent, no mess.

Since we’re on well water, he took the time to give us helpful information and recommendations on things we should be doing to maintain our water system properly.
